Hilly
House Celebrate In Style
The undoubted success
of final’s night was celebrated long into the evening, though
due to the lack of champagne it would be beer that was sprayed
on the winners’ rostrum.
The fact that it was not the winners throwing the beer around
confused the numerous onlookers and left many upset at the
antics, none more so than Hilly House regular Keith Rowbottom
who actually paid for the beer. |
CAN'T PLAY WITH HIM...
CAN'T PLAY AGAINST HIM
Mick Hickman claimed
a controversial B’team kitty win with a stunning 21-0 (according
to the card)
After just 4 ends Mighty Mick held a 7-0 lead on a flying home
green, at which point Mick’s opponent shook his hand and made
his way to the exit complaining that the car park would have
been slower.

Where Are They Now ?

The disappearance of so many members prior to the 2004 season
caused much concern, though some are missed more than others.

No-one knows but without him, the Hilly House
Bowling Club may not exists today.
So thank-you Paul Morgan, whoever you are ! |
It's Panto Season !

Following the pantomime that was the South Staffs opening
game of the 2004 season, the Hilly House have decided to stage
it’s first Christmas Panto. |
